Gorgeous, Victorian entire home with garden in Great neighbourhood

Hello! We are both university graduatates - I am a Doctor working in the local area and my partner usually works at home for a Tech company. We are going away to travel in South America in the new year for 3 months and are looking to welcome someone into our home. We have a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs with 2 bedrooms (King + double) and a small office upstairs. We have a reasonably sided garden with outdoor seating. It is furnished and we have made it homely and welcoming. The local area is great - lots of nice coffee shops, restaurants, florists, a few local pubs, grocery store, post office, dentist/doctors and much more. We are within close walking distance to 3 stations making it easy to travel around London on public transport.
