We are currently working to finalize the lease for this house, and will take the listing down when it is finalized. The top two floors of this furnished house is a great space for a family. The downstairs has an open dining/living room/kitchen set up, also connected to a pantry for the kitchen and a sunroom where you can sit on the couch and overlook Somerville's Community Path. You'll be steps away from Lexington Park, and easy walking distance to Ball, Porter, Davis, and Magoun Squares, in different directions from the house. House includes laundry on the top floor, a secret passage in one of the kids' rooms, and stained-glass windows. If you're bringing a car, we can give you the driveway. Move in dates are flexible - if you're planning to enroll your kids in Somerville schools, the first day is Aug 26. We can make sure you're in the house by then if that's your plan.
