First floor includes entry way, large eat-in-kitchen with french doors to backyard, dining room, office/guest bedroom and powder room. Second floor consists of wide landing, living/family room, quiet back king bedroom, twin bedroom/office, full bathroom with tub/shower, and laundry closet. The top floor includes a large, bright front bedroom with queen bed, newly renovated bathroom with shower, den/exercise area, and back office/bedroom with twin bed and washer/dryer. The house can be configured in different ways depending on how many bedrooms and offices are needed. Additional photos coming soon! We are ideally located in the heart of the University City neighborhood within a couple of blocks of public transport, a park, coffee shops, stores, restaurants and more!
