Cozy three-bedroom plus home in a beautiful rural "protected site" a 15-minute drive from Aix-en-Provence. Fully and comfortably furnished, including linens. Three bedrooms, one bathroom plus a separate toilet and sink. The house also features a large attic with beds, suitable for children or shorter-term visitors. The living room has a large working fireplace and an air conditioner unit. Meals can be taken on the sunny front patio for much of the year. We seek tenants for all or most of the period September 2024 through June 2025, preferably for the year but will consider semester-long rentals. A car is necessary.
