Description
We are a family of 4 (2 parents and 2 3-year-old twins) who will move to Ottawa in July 2024 for work. We will stay in Ottawa at least until end of August 2025, so we are looking for a home during part or all of that period (we can be flexible about arrival and departure dates). Our apartment is located on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms (including one with its own bathroom), a second bathroom, a balcony and a patio. The double bed in the master bedroom can be folded into a single bed. We have a second double bed for the other bedroom (currently the children's room). The apartment is located in Villeurbanne, 15 minutes away from the Part-Dieu train station by bus or bike. Public schools, bars and local shops are just a few minutes away by foot.

Comments: We have 3-year old twins, so we can provide baby to toddler furniture. The appartment has both a balcony (North side) and a patio (South side, quiet building courtyard). The parking is a closed private box in the building basement.

Comments: Family friendly and safe neighborhood, lots of local shops, bus stop to Lyon train station and city center just at the foot of the building, tramway and subway stations 10-15min by foot, quiet street.
