This is a beautiful 1 BR apartment for a really good price. It is located a block away from the entry of Jamaica Pond, a block away from the Arnold Arboretum, and a block away from the bus stop that connects Jamaica Plain to the rest of Boston. The apartment is a 10 min bus ride to all Longwood campuses. I am an academic and will be in Europe/India over the summer for research. Looking to sublet it to somebody who is quiet and will enjoy the space, the pond, the arboretum and all that Jamaica Plain has to offer.
