There's a custom built-in library, plenty of books and cozy nooks scattered throughout; you'll find ample comfortable spots to both work and unwind, and when the weather permits, all three decks offer inviting seating areas to bask in the warmth! Minimum rental is 2 weeks and comes with weekly cleaning and snow shovel. Extra fee option for those not wanting to deal with the weekly trash bins, as per city rules.
