Description
I am looking for a quiet, respectful tenant. The cottage is clean, and full of natural light. It is newly renovated, clean and "suitcase ready." It is located 1/2 block from a laundromat and the stop for a bus that goes to downtown Berkeley. It is also an easy, pleasant bike ride to campus. I am a retired, active senior. I am responsive to tenants' needs while respecting privacy.
