Our single-family row house is on a quiet street within a short walking distance of both Penn and Drexel universities and Presbyterian Hospital. Our home is perfect for a couple or single person working at either of the Universities, Presbyterian, or Children's Hospital (CHOP). Our house is available from 11/1/23 through 4/30/24. While we prefer a 6th-month commitment, we are open to discussion for as short as a 3-month stay. The house has many charming characteristics, such as hardwood floors, an entry vestibule, a large fenced-in backyard with a patio, and close to a 1/4 acre thriving community garden. The first floor of our charming 1,050 sqft house has: -Front sitting room with a couch, sitting chairs, and a wood stove (wood is provided and stored in the backyard). -Fully furnished kitchen with a dining table and four chairs. -Back sitting room that leads to the outside patio and large backyard. The back room has a comfortable chaise couch that pulls out to a bed and a large TV with streaming services. -The backroom leads to a full basement with a washer and dryer. -The backyard has a small table with chairs, a flower garden, a fire pit, bistro lights, and a dart board. Smoking is permitted in the backyard only. The second floor of our home has: -An office with a desk, computer chair, computer monitor (with HDMI cable to attach a laptop), printer, keyboard, mouse, and a couch overlooking the garden and backyard. -Full bathroom with shower/tub and medicine cabinet. -Hall closet with linens, towels, and blankets. -Large bedroom with a walk-in closet. **Please note for those who have cat allergies, we are bringing our cat with us, and our cleaning service will complete a deep clean before any occupants arrive.
