Large, light airy loft with kitchenette and own bathroom

I’m looking for a friendly single person needing accommodation in Oxford over the next year. The loft space is wonderful, and extremely quiet, and has just been newly created with a large walk in shower room immediately adjacent. The kitchenette is handy for breakfast and microwave meals. For more extensive cooking you would use the main kitchen, shared with my daughter and myself. You would also be sharing the common spaces with myself and my daughter who both work from home, so we would all three need to be considerate. This would be the kitchen for cooking and laundry and the garden for relaxation. This area of East Oxford is itself very quiet with a semi rural feel while at the same time being a few minutes walk from lively bars and restaurants and shops selling produce from all over. Buses to town are 3 minutes away. Being so close to the Thames there are many walks and the towpath which can take you to the other side of Oxford, or nearby Abingdon. I’m South African but have lived in the U.K. for very many years. I speak Italian and French - not that well, but would welcome the chance to improve. My daughter speaks Russian having done an International masters in Moscow. She too would love to keep up her Russian. My main area of interest is Africa and I do part time editorial work for a publisher who specialises in Africa.
