Additionally, you have access to the front yard, which features various herbs, berry plants, an apple tree, and a Meyer’s lemon tree – perfect for the green thumbs in your family. Living and Dining: The main room is an open-concept living and dining space with a well-appointed kitchen. It offers breathtaking views of San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, Oakland, and Berkeley/Albany. The large bathroom includes a double vanity, a bathtub with a Rainfall shower, and electric floor heating. Additional Amenities: In the laundry room, you'll have access to our top-notch LG front loader washing machine and dryer, allowing you to stay on top of laundry while enjoying the musical instruments available for your jam sessions. Parking: You can conveniently park your car in our driveway, which offers space for one vehicle. Street parking is also available, with only weekly street cleaning to consider – no need to move your car on cleaning days.
