1 Bedroom Flat

Description

I am currently on a sabbatical myself and am looking for someone who requires a home away from home too. My flat is furnished with unique pieces which I have collected over time since I moved in a few years ago. The flat has 1 bedroom and a nicely sized livingroom, both are light and airy. My bed is a Queen Size so slightly shorter than the modern ones but fitted with a new mattress. I can provide one wardrobe to hang clothes as well as space in my sideboard in the bedroom. The bathroom has a bath tub/shower and hot water is powered by gas as is the oven. The kitchen has a small table perfect for one person, good storage space and is quipped with basic supplies as well as antique cutlery and collected dishes. The neighbourhood is an amazing green area which provides everything one might need from a farmers's market to parks in walking distance. It is lively, yet the street I live in is a dead end, so very quiet. The flat is located in a beautiful Victorian Terrace, however, the staircase is steep so might provide a challenge for some. Public transport offers direct bus routes to the city centre evry couple of minutes as well as another direct route towards BCU City South Campus. University of Birmingham is accessible through public transport too although I usually walk there. Wifi, council tax and water are included in the lump sum, only energy supply will be charged upon use due to the individual nature of heating/cooking.
