Everything in this condo has been renovated, down to the tiniest detail, with impeccable taste. It is located in an area just west of downtown, and it is close to both the Snowdon and the Villa-Maria metro stations. Université de Montréal is the closest university, but McGill and Concordia are easily accessible by metro. This condo is very close to the excellent food shopping and restaurants on Monkland Ave, the high street of this neighbourhood. The condo is immaculately clean, and is filled with books and sunlight. It has comfortable furniture and everything you could want in a kitchen. There are large decks/verandahs in both the front and back of the condo. A car is available, subject to negotiation.
