Both bathrooms have everything new. The en suite in the master has a tub. The other bathroom has a custom shower with sliding glass door. There is Central AC throughout and extra units in the back bedrooms to ensure you are cool in the summer. The large patio has a sail for shade, large table for enjoying the outdoors and a BBQ for the full California experience. Cleanliness is super important to us. The house is very clean.
