Owner lived in Europe for three decades and is familiar with needs and habits of non-Americans (house comes with a clothes-drying rack!). The house is set up for a couple or a single person, with a convertible beds for occasional guests. Landlord is on the property and helpful with local information and suggestions. There is a small dog on the property. Tenants have use of small beach and swimming area as well as a canoe.
