A free-standing home close to universities, hospitals and schools with private garden in a quiet street in a nice neighbourhood. Halfway between Coogee Beach and Randwick Junction – easy walk to both. Twelve minute walk to Randwick Hospital campus (POW, SCH, RWH). Fifteen minutes to UNSW campus. 8km from Sydney CBD, buses nearby. Many shops, restaurants, and pubs are also in easy walking distance. Local public school and playgrounds a few minutes away. The house has three bedrooms (actually four, but we’ll put our stuff in one and close it off), two bathrooms, laundry, outdoor area with table and bbq, lovely gardens front and back, and off-street parking, Lots of living space including a TV room and a fireplace. We are a retired couple, with children overseas, planning a six-month holiday.
