luxury condo in historic church, walk to Yale, trains, shops, cafes

My home is a condo in a former church right on the corner of Wooster Square (park). It's walking distance to everything in New Haven (trains, Yale campus, Little Italy, cafes, State Street restaurants, campus shuttle to the med school). It is perfect for someone who needs a place close to Yale and likes to walk and bike (I also have a permit for free street parking). The main space is open and light filled, with high ceilings and arched windows, and the bedroom is a large loft area. The place is decorated with with art and antiques, and has a comfortable bed with high quality sheets and towels, etc., and a well-furnished kitchen. You will have the place to yourself, including the main space and the recently renovated bathroom and kitchen. I will reserve the (windowless) ground floor for storage. Length of stay negotiable, minimum one week. Utilities are not included, and a $150 cleaning fee is additional. I will also request a refundable deposit. (If you want to rent the lower floor, which has an additional bathroom and two bedrooms, I would consider including the additional space depending on the circumstances including length of stay.)
