The condo is ideally located on the top floor of a small 4-plex located in a wonderful walkable neighborhood. Condo is a 2br, currently set up as a 1br plus office/guest space. Lots of shops, restaurants, parks, a bird sanctuary, and the chain of lakes are nearby. Lots of windows/light and great architectural details. There is a side yard/patio to enjoy in the warmer months. Garage space and private washer and dryer (in the basement, for your use only) come with the unit, which is fully furnished. I'm looking for a quiet, responsible renter while I am on sabbatical. If you are interested in the condo, please tell me a bit about yourself and your situation. A credit and background check will be performed at time of lease signing.
