The living / dining room area has hardwood flooring, and the hallway and bedroom are carpeted. The kitchen area is fully accommodated with induction-convection range, refrigerator, and microwave and polished granite countertop. A full set of cookware and dinnerware makes for pleasant cooking and dining. The bathroom is carefully designed with the feel of southern France, equipped with a wonderfully comfortable claw-foot tub and shower that serves as a hot tub spa.
