Large 5.5 Apartment in NDG

Hello! We are looking for someone to sublet our place for 3-6 months, with the option to sign a longer lease if it’s a good fit and you’re interested in staying for longer. Our home is a large, furnished 5 1/2 apartment in the heart of NDG. There are three bedrooms, one of which has been converted into a home office. (It can easily be converted back into a bedroom if you would like.) The apartment is located right off Sherbrooke, and two blocks away from Monkland, so it’s walking distance from everything you need—grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. One of our favorite restaurants in the entire city, Entre Deux, is just up the street. One of the best parts about the apartment is the layout. It’s long, with the rooms distributed throughout, so you have many different ambiances throughout the house. One person can be watching tv in the living room and another person can be cooking in the kitchen and listening to music and you feel like you have your own separate spaces. If you work at home, there are also four different places where you can work from home throughout the house, none of which interfere with the other. There is also a back patio not shown in the photos. The apartment is furnished. As of now, we are planning to rent it for December through February, but we can be flexible on the move in or move out day to give you up to 6 months, or if you are interested in staying for longer, there is the option to extend to a long term rental. We are a couple in our 30’s and we take very good care of our apartment. We absolutely love our home, but we came to Montreal to stay for 1.5-2 years and our time is coming to an end.
