We are looking to rent our gorgeous 2-bedroom house in Woodside set in a garden with pool/hot tub. The house is furnished and all utilities and services are included in the monthly rent. This is a sublease for our tenant who is away until January 2025. The rental house is one of two houses on a one-acre property, the neighborhood made up of the houses around Eleanor Drive, a 1.2 mile circular drive in the beautiful hills of Woodside Heights. We wake up to birds chirping and fall to sleep to the sound of an owl hooting softly. The pool and hot tub area is on the same lower level as the rental house. Two adults live in the other house on the property. Both houses are artfully designed in a Mexican style with tile, carved wood, terracotta floors and vaulted ceilings. The rental house is private, roomy, and has an open design with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen opening to a living room/dining area. The radiant heat rises silently up through the tile floor. A sliding glass door opens to a lawn area with the pool and hot tub just beyond. You can relax in a hammock or on the chaise lounges around the pool. The rent includes all utilities and service, including water, gas, electricity, trash service, high speed internet, cable tv w/premium channels, parking, and access to the pool and hot tub.
