Comments: The house is quirky, filled with colour and paintings - many mine. The Uni sports centre is nearby with Olympic size swimming pool, gym and classes. We have a LTN so safe and quiet for bikers and walkers, though miserable for those stuck in cars.

Comments: This is a double length attic room, with separate sleeping and sitting areas. Velux windows look south over meadows, playground and trees (and behind that nature reserve and the river). More or less sole use of the bathroom, and sharing the kitchen.
