Come stay in our lovely 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse that is equidistant to MCR, PVH, and Banner hospitals! Price includes utilities (HOA fees, trash, water, electricity, heat, and internet). HOA takes care of snow removal and lawn care. We allow dogs, but not cats. This is a fully furnished townhouse with linens, towels, full kitchen (utensils, small appliances, dishes, etc), cleaning supplies, board games, books, video games and movies. The townhouse is approx. 2100 sq. ft. spread out over 3 levels. The main level has the kitchen, dining room, half bath, living room, and coat closet. The upstairs has the master bedroom, secondary bedroom, linen closet and a jack and jill full bathroom with a double sink vanity and separate water closet/shower between them (the bathroom is connected to both bedrooms). Both bedrooms have closets, the master closet is slightly larger, but not by much. The basement level is unfinished with a washer and dryer, and a workout area as well as space for storage.
