Make New York City your home in the elegant Upper West Side: close to all but away from the noise of the city! The apartment is renovated, cozy, efficiently furnished, clean, tidy, and quiet. 24/7 stores, groceries, cafes and restaurants are just steps away, as well as parks to relax in Nature. And the subway station is just around the corner, you'll love this!! I spend maybe 2-3 months per year in this apt so it's available also for long term rentals. Happy to talk. The apt is efficiently designed and tastefully furnished. It is located at the ground floor of a pre-war building on a tree lined street surrounded by beautiful historical architecture. Steps to major subway lines (1,2,3,B,C): 5 min to Times Square, 15 min to Union Square, NYU, Columbia University. Few blocks from gorgeous Central Park and West Side River Park. 5 min walking distance to Fordham University, Lincoln Center, Julliard School, Museum of Natural History. Trader Joe's is just across the street, and other gourmet grocery stores (Fairway, Cittarella) few blocks away. Great restaurants, bars, cafes all brand stores populate the neighborhood. The apartment has been renovated and furnished by an architect. It's clean, tidy, and clutter-free. The large majority of shelving space and closet will be free and available for guests, whom are expected to take good care of it. The whole apt will be available for guests. Eat in equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, cooking pots, plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses. Coffee machines (both Italian moka and American percolator) available. NutriBullet and Juicer available on demand. A full spices rack is available for the guest, along with some tea, coffee, sugar, etc. The living room is small but with a huge window, it has a sofa bed and a table for two that I use also as my workstation. A sleeping loft is above this space with a queen size bed that you can access using a solid wood library ladder. On the loft there is a TV with HDMI port, Netflix, Hulu, and Wi-Fi. Note: there is no cable TV. The walk in closet will be empty for you, as well the bookcases, fridge and pantry. Some of my belongings will be stored in upper shelves in tidy boxes. Big windows in every room including bath. The apartment is very quiet because it faces a backyard and a garden, you can rarely hear the neighbors. Sheets and towels provided. It sleeps two. I usually interact with my guests only online because I'm often out of town, I use a cleaning service to prepare the apartment for my guests, and for additional support if needed. I will be available via email or WhatsApp for any questions during you stay if needed. Check in and check out happen using a lock box outside the building. The code will be provided after booking. About me. I'm an architect and yoga teacher. I own and manage a yoga eco farm in Italy, and a yoga studio in NYC. See Orto Dell'Idro and The Yoga Trail. I'm new to this site so I don't have a big trust score, but I've been working in hospitality for years, and I'm a big traveler myself so I know what it's needed to make a guest feel at home.

Comments: I spend only 2-3 months per year in this apt because of my job. My travel dates are usually flexible, and I'm open to a more long term rental again in Spring/Summer 2024
