4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Chapel Hill, NC, in the Glen Lennox neighborhood, an approx. 5-minute drive to UNC-Chapel Hill campus (or a 35 minute walk), close to bus routes. Garden, deck, trampoline, swinging bench, dedicated office. With the house comes a gorgeous and very friendly medium-sized dog who needs to be looked after and walked twice a day: so this opportunity is for dog-lovers. Possibility of using our car as well. Perfect for an individual or couple wanting to have a writing retreat, or for a family wanting to relax, explore the area, and enjoy our board games etc. There is a playground and tennis court a short walk down the street. Shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and other shops and supermarkets.
