We are an active almost retired couple. Our house is very cosy in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The geography of our house is like that……We own the entire house, that has been divided in the past to become a duplexe. So, we have permanent tenants occupying the second floor. They are very nice and respectful people. Our Space, where we live now would be available at to be rented from December 2024. This unity is located at the ground floor plus a part of the beautiful basement, where a cosy large living room with stonewalls is located, just beside the main bedroom with the king size bed.. There is a gaz fireplace in this living room downstairs where it is a perfect place to relax. There is one closed bedroom at the ground floor with double bed and another bedroom downstairs with queen size bed. We have 2 living rooms. One at the ground floor can be converted as needed as a bedroom. This is why we have written 2 bedrooms + 1 Our house is beautifully located in the art neighborhood. National Art Museum, Theaters, cinema, restaurants parks are steps away from the house. Our house is an historic house. with a front garden corner to enjoy eating outside during summer. We have 2 gaz fireplaces to sit by and enjoy life during winter. Abraham’s park ( at 1 minute walk )m is offering you oportunities to ice skate, snowshoe, crosscountry ski during winter and swimming in the city pool, jogging, meeting people, walking the dog at this step away from home. No need of a car to do the grocery, if you want....because bakeries, butcher, every type of food is offering you at 5 minutes walk , at the most, from home.....Our neighborhood is safe and a lived with young families and young professionals. We love listening jazz and classic music, COOKING a lot as the kitchen in this house is almost a chef's cuisine......we love travelling and meeting people from around the world. Our street is very quiet and the front veranda is a wonderful place to eat and enjoy the evenings.
