Description
Seeking a peaceful quiet tenant for the upstairs of a simple 50s bungalow on a tree-lined street in East Vancouver, near Trout Lake Park and Community Center (with ice rink and gym) and Copley Community Orchard. Would like to leave the upright piano, queen-sized bed, futon couch, desk (in the second bedroom/study, not shown), and simple kitchen table and chairs. Downstairs is a quiet friendly tenant who works from home. Our street has a warm community and is on a bike route. Big plum tree in the back yard. Hardwood floors, quiet simple space. Perfect for a single scholar or a couple. From our skytrain stop you are are downtown in 10 minutes (accessing SFU and UBC downtown campuses). 20 min to BCIT, Emily Carr, and a bit less to VCC on public transit. Equidistant to the main campuses SFU and UBC (one hour by bus in each case).

I would like help with mail and deliveries
Mail for the downstairs suite needs to be placed on the dryer in the laundry room so the downstairs tenant can pick it up.
I would like help with plants or garden
If you could help out with basic shovelling of snow, leaf raking, or other weeding or lawn care as needed, this would be very appreciated. The person living downstairs also contributes to very basic garden maintenance.
Comments: The garbage and recycling needs to be taken out to the lane according to the city schedule and then brought back in.

Comments: Upper floor of a house. We use the second bedroom as an office. Shares laundry in the basement with tenant in the basement.
