Description
This is the perfect home for a comfortable stay in walking distance to Metro and Washington Adventist, and a short drive away from UMD. Being steps away from the lovely shops, cafes, and restaurants in Old Town Takoma Park is an added plus. The second bedroom is currently being used as an office with a futon, and has direct access to the porch looking over the backyard. I truly love my home and would love for someone to be able to enjoy it while I'm away. The dates are somewhat flexible. Please reach out with any questions!

Two cats that are outside 90% of the time. Very low maintenance, just making sure they have food and water, and one is pretty cuddly if you like cats.

There are a decent amount of house plants. Weekly watering would be much appreciated!
Comments: The cats are negotiable. If you're ok with them staying, I will take $300 off the rent.
