Sunny and spacious apartment in Harlem!

We live in a narrow townhouse in Central Harlem near CCNY / Columbia/ Schomberg etc. You would have the top floor; owners use the ground and second floors as their residence, and the third floor as their offices. Super quiet. Parking for one bike. Apartment is two large (for NYC!) rooms, long hallway with a massive kitchen and tons of cabinets, a giant closet that can be used as an office, and a largeish bathroom. There's a combined washer/dryer, an icemaker, AC in the bedroom as well as blackout shades and some furniture; we can probably add more if necesssary. We have had great experiences with past tenants who have been professors / post docs /recent graduates of academically strong schools. There are tons of services in the area. 2/3 train is a block away, B/C trains are 2 1/2 blocks, and there are all the kinds of shops you want/need within a short walk. There's also a gym 1 block away, and you can always go to Central Park.
