Description
The apartment is located in an idyllic street of Copacabana, within walking distance of three good supermarkets, dozens of restaurants, bars, and the beach. A metro station (Siqueira Campos) is 8 minutes away by foot. Everything in the apartment is brand-new, including the queen-size, comfortable bed. There is a fully-equipped office with a nice chair and desk. There is also a working space in the bedroom. Both rooms have AC (although the one installed in the office is quite old and noisy). The laundry room has a small bathroom that can be used as well.
