Looking for a family friendly single-family home near Vanderbilt University

We are a Vanderbilt University academic/clinical research couple (American Studies and ObGyn, respectively), and we just bought our first home. Our lease ends in Summer of 2024 and we are looking for new renters to assume the remainder of our lease through then. After that, you would have the option to renew on a year-by-year basis. We're both deeply committed to social issues (reproductive health & immigration) and are trying to set roots in Nashville/Vanderbilt. We are moving out on 11/18/2023 and the rest of November is already paid for. We do not want to have to pay the remainder of our lease for this property on top of a new mortgage on our new home, so are also willing to negotiate other perks with folks who are interested in moving in as soon as possible.
