OUR HOUSE IS STILL AVAILABLE! I am a professor at UC Santa Barbara and am away on a sabbatical. This new-build unit (November 2023) is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house in a safe and beautiful neighborhood for UCSB faculty, a 10-minute walk to the bluffs and the ocean. It is two miles away from the UCSB campus. The tenant(s) will have use of a bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, an office, the kitchen, the living/dining room, and the laundry room. We are using one bedroom, a bathroom, and an office for storage purposes. There is a backyard and a two-car garage for the tenant(s) to use.

Comments: A gorgeous location about a ten-minute walk to the ocean. A trail leads to Ellwood Beach, the bluffs, and the Monarch Butterfly Grove. The weekly Goleta farmers market and the Camino Real Marketplace are also nearby.
