Description
We are renting an independent (separate entry) and fully renovated studio on the second floor of our house. The studio has its own bathroom. The access to the studio is made through a pleasant garden. The house is located on a very quiet street, 5 minutes walking distance to the Harvard campus and 10-15 min walk to the Harvard Square and Union square T stations. We are looking for someone quiet, independent but also comfortable living next to a family with kids.

Comments: Fully-renovated independent studio, located on the side of our house. Includes: bedroom with kitchenette area, private staircase/entry space and a bathroom with a shower. Some specific weeks, access to parts of the garden could be added.
