Private apartment in beautiful, historic, & spacious villa

I am a creative professional and recently acquired dual citizenship as an American-Italian. I work from home inside my beautiful villa apartment and am currently developing an artist residency and retreat program here at the villa. While I build out my plan, I graciously welcome guests to stay with us in the apartment that adjoins my own. My partner is an accomplished professional musician and writer and we both enjoy quiet and privacy as well as meeting interesting people from all walks of life (especially the creative types!) The Apartment: There are three bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet with ample storage. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and also have closet space in each room. The bathrooms are equipped with shower and bathtub, bidet, and heated towel rack. There is another bathroom with a shower and also a half-bath. We provide organic bed linens and organic towels. Ecological soap and shampoo are also provided. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and available for your use. We are open to having communal meals together and also cooking for you at an added cost (I am an excellent cook and have an extensive background in organic agriculture and working with professional chefs). Meals can be discussed and arranged ahead of time. Otherwise, you will provide your own food and will have a designated place to store it during your stay. Laundry: There is a washing machine and dryer available for you to use within my apartment - we just require advance notice please. The Grounds: The villa is within approx. 15 hectares of private, walled grounds. There are multiple walking paths, a pool in the summer months, a large vegetable garden, ponds, caves, tennis court, labyrinth, and stunning trees and statues throughout the property. The landscape was designed by a prominent landscape architect in the early 20th century in the English style. **The most important thing to note: You will be staying in a private family villa and your respect and discretion will be expected. This is the home of a prominent Italian family and you will be treated as my welcome and esteemed guest. That being said, it is a warm and kind environment and you will be most welcomed and I look forward to hosting you!
