A fully furnished, one-bedroom apartment in one of Time Out's 2022 Coolest Neighbourhoods in the World (Dundas West), this unit is a self-contained basement apartment. The suite is a one-stop solution for academics visiting the University of Toronto, or other local institutions. Ideal visit length is one semester, but stays from one month to a year are possible. The main campus of the University of Toronto is a 35 minute walk, 20 minutes by public transit, or 15 minutes by bike (a Toronto Bike Share station is 150m from the door). All utilities (and internet) are included, just move in and start enjoying all that Toronto has to offer!

Comments: Unit is fully furnished and equipped (cutlery, plates, etc.). There is a two-burner stovetop, a small fridge, a microwave with convection function, and a combination washer/dryer. The unit stays cool in the summer and the fireplace provides heat.
