We are moving from Ithaca and we want to make our main house available for family planning to move to Ithaca in the following months, for long-term of while looking for a property to buy. The house is in the centre of the great Northeast neighborhood and is organised on three floors: the main floor has a den, a live in kitchen with a long farm table which can sit up to 10 people, a laundry/half-bathroom room, one bedroom with ensuite with a Jacuzzi and an relaxing living room with working fire place.On the first floor you find two bedrooms with walk-in closets and one bathroom. The lower level (basement) has one additional room which can be used as playroom or TV room, an unfinished room for storage. If needed in the basement an apartment with two extra rooms and one full bathroom are available. Kids can easily walk to Northeast elementary and Dewitt middle school. The house is fully equipped and we can accommodate special requests for additional beds. The porch and backyard are a relaxing place to hang out with children or pets, overlooking the walkway between Simsbury and Texas lane. We have been living and loving this house for 10 years, and everything is fully renovated.
