Looking for someone to enjoy and care for my beautiful, unique home while I am overseas working an acting contract. The apartment is in the back of a large, open complex, on the top floor, with neighbours only on one side - which makes it incredibly quiet while still being close to the bustle and life of Brunswick. Fully furnished, 2 bedrooms, both with built ins, and an open loft space office with a skylight. The Living space faces north, opening onto a private balcony, allowing the whole place to be drenched in sunlight throughout the day. Herbs, tomatoes, beans and lavender, as well as flowers, decorate the balcony and attract birds and butterflies. Huge windows throughout, yet clever design means no one can ever see you from outside. Very quiet, I have never heard the neighbours. Kitchen and living room in one open plan space with a kitchen island, sky high ceilings and plants over head. The Blinds double as a projector screen for watching movies at night. No laundry, but a laundrette is at the end of the street. Decadent, Vitamin C filtered shower head for luxurious bathing. 5 minute walk to 2 tram lines that go directly into the city within 20 minutes, a brilliant local pub across the road called the Union, which hosts trivia, sports matches, and live music, and has excellent pub food, Sweet Evelyn coffee next door. 10 minute walk down Union street to Sydney Road, Brunswick’s lively Main Street with vintage stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, and boutiques.
