The apartment is over 1,000 sq. ft. in size, has a gas fireplace, in suite laundry, and two balconies which overlook parks. It's south-west facing with no upstairs neighbours. This is a non-smoking building and fragrance-free space. Price: $1,650 per month + hydro 3 month lease with possible extension up to a year. Available February 1st, 2024. Transportation: Located within a 5 min walk of the No.9, No. 99, and No.16 bus routes. 1 underground vehicle parking space available for $50/month and free access to an underground bike cage. Amenities: There is a small gym located in the strata development that is free to use. Library, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores are within a few blocks.
