Our 850-square-foot, two-bed/1 ba fully renovated basement mother-in-law unit is the perfect blend of comfort and style, ensuring a memorable stay. Step into luxury with radiant heated floors in the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances. A convenient washer/dryer is also available during your stay. Both bedrooms boast queen-size beds for a restful night's sleep, while the sofa in the living room effortlessly transforms into an additional bed. Relax and unwind in our shared gated backyard, the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or wind down after a day of exploring Seattle. Your dog may also access the fully fenced backyard. It's a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Ample free street parking is available. Our location ensures easy access to all the city has to offer, and we're just a short walk away from the central shopping area, where you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, and charming boutique stores. Don't miss the Sunday farmers' market that transforms the main street into a vibrant hub of local flavors and crafts. Explore nearby Alki Beach, Lincoln Park, the Coleman saltwater pool, and catch the ferry for day trips to Vashon Island and the Olympic Peninsula. Other things to note: Guests can access a shared gated backyard and may park on the street in front of the house. Please do not park in the driveway reserved for the owner's family, who lives upstairs. The unit is accessed by going down a set of outside stairs. Please be aware that the owner's family resides upstairs. While they strive to keep noise to a minimum, you may occasionally hear some sounds. We appreciate your understanding and hope it won't disrupt your overall experience. Please note that guests cannot adjust the heat settings, as the furnace temperature control is located upstairs. However, we've provided a space heater for you to use at your convenience, ensuring a cozy and warm atmosphere.
