Description
We are looking for a family (or perhaps a couple) to rent our home from August 2024 to July 2025. The house has one master bedroom, a large attic bedroom, and two offices that could be modified to use as additional bedrooms. The basement also has a finished room. The house is located in a quiet, historic neighborhood with easy access to shopping, downtown Kitchener (for shopping and entertainment), theatres (movies and plays), and auditorium (for hockey games and concerts). There are several schools nearby. Also features: * parking for two vehicles * walking distance to Centre-in-the Square (theatre), Kitchener Market, Victoria Park, public skating rinks, bike trails, restaurants, grocery store * short drive (or LRT ride) to universities, uptown Waterloo, cinemas, and shopping malls * close to town of St. Jacobs, Stratford, Guelph, and Cambridge (all within 30-45 minute drive) * walking distance to train station with service to Guelph, Mississauga, and Toronto
