I am a doctor and I have lived in this house for 15 years. I have a 12 month contract in Wellington so I am looking for people who will enjoy this house as much as I have. It is in a great location, near beaches and a park, but it is the house that is special - built in the 60s it is designed to capture the sun, 3 large bedrooms, a cosy fire for winter and an outlook onto trees.
