Family-friendly suburban townhome [or private room] near Pittsburgh schools

Seeking a family or individual for our home in Wexford, PA, an easy drive from any of Pittsburgh's many universities, including Pitt, Carnegie Mellon, Chatham, and Duquesne. The unit is available for all or part of the spring 2024 semester. This 2-story end unit has three bedrooms, all on the second floor. The primary bedroom contains a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed, the other with a full) share a full bath located off the hallway. The washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The main floor includes the kitchen (pantry, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and gas range), living room (gas fireplace, television, two substantial desks/work spaces), and a half bath. The living room opens up onto a deck with a gas grill and outdoor seating. The basement/garage level includes indoor parking for one car and space for two in the driveway, as well as a small room currently set up for music practice, including a good-quality Yamaha keyboard. The townhouse is located in the Forest Oaks development. This part of Wexford is surprisingly walkable. Whole Foods, Conmigo Coffee, the Rachel Carson Trail (leading into North Park), and services of all sorts (banks, salons, restaurants) can all be easily accessed without hopping in a car. North Allegheny Schools are also located nearby (Marshall Elementary, Marshall Middle, North Allegheny Intermediate and Senior High Schools). Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets or smoking. All utilities will remain in our name and be included in the rent (1 GB internet, gas, electric, etc.). We don't have cable, but do have Fire TVs for streaming. Price listed is for the entire townhouse. We would consider renting one of the hallway bedrooms only for an individual or couple, if interested. In this case, the tenant would still have access to all shared spaces, but the owners [two music professors] may occasionally be present in the unit and stay in the primary bedroom (tenants would receive ample notice of times owners would be present in the unit).
