Venice Beach Studio In The Trees

We are a family of 4 (and a small terrier dog). We live and work on the premises - with both of us in the creative industry. My partner runs a creative agency and I oversee artist support and funding opportunities for a large media non-profit. Our kids, 4 and 8, are energetic and fun. They enjoy sports and you'll witness soccer game played in the backyard. They are also creative and musical and you'll hear piano concerts or see new paintings emerging from the house regularly. The studio apartment is located behind the main house at the back of the fenced in backyard. You would share our backyard which has a fire pit, BBQ and a giant choral tree with a two story tree house. The studio apartment has it's own private entrance which is accessible via the driveway. The entire property is fenced in. The studio has a large queen sized bed, large windows and A/C and heating unit and a large patio. The kitchen has Bosch appliances including a speed oven, convection oven, toaster and a large fridge.
