Charming Colonial with large yard and close to Syracuse University

The house is located on a double lot with a large partially fenced in backyard. It is about 10-20 minutes away from downtown Syracuse, Syracuse University, the train station, mall, airport, Green Lake State Park. There are a bunch of cute little towns not far away, drivable or trainable to Ithaca, Buffalo, Rochester, Albany, and NYC. You'll have a queen bed in the bedroom, two closets, a dresser, a tv with streaming services. The main living area has an electric fireplace, couches, large tv. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher. The basement has a washer and dryer. The bathroom is a bit on the shorter side but has a shower and a tub. From May-August, you will mostly have the house to yourself. September-December I will be back at the house so the bathroom, living, kitchen will be shared. I have a year old Bernedoodle who is very sweet and well behaved once he warms up to you hell just want to play and hangout.
