Our bright two bedroom, two bathroom home is thoughtfully laid out and includes an attached single-car garage. The space comes fully furnished with everything you need to settle right in and feel at home. The two bedrooms are quiet and look out on an entire block's worth of backyards and gardens. Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed with an organic Avocado mattress, and bedroom 2 includes two twin bunk beds with organic Naturepedic mattresses. Both rooms have ample closet and dresser space for your belongings and both are adjacent to the main floor's full bathroom, including a tub. The living and dining rooms are open concept and have a cozy gas fireplace and built in bookshelves, where we will make space for you. Renovated in 2020, the full-sized kitchen is a pleasure to prepare meals in and is stocked with all the appliances and cookware you'll need. The kitchen bar accommodates quick meals or a cup of coffee, and the sunny attached deck includes a barbecue, space for your plants, and chairs to relax in. Downstairs, you'll find a family room/office (newly constructed in 2021) with an adjustable standing desk, comfortable couch, bookshelves, and a television. There is also a full bathroom and laundry room. Here, you'll also access a private yard with raised bed planters for your edible or flower garden and a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. The attached garage includes space for one car and bike storage. Kids will enjoy plenty of toys, games, and books, and parents will appreciate convenient storage to tuck these items away! Outside the house, you can reach four parks and playgrounds in 15 minutes or less on foot. Glen Park is a hidden treasure within San Francisco and a perfect neighborhood for families. The village is full of walking distance amenities, like an organic grocer, cafes, a delicious pizzeria, an independent book store, a library, BART and MUNI stops, and the city's only canyon. Glen Canyon - a half mile walking from your front door - includes gorgeous hiking trails, a recreation center, sports fields, and a playground. You also have easy walking access to the adjacent neighborhoods of Bernal Heights and Noe Valley, each with many additional amenities. We are also experienced with home exchanges. The house is very pretty, decorated with great taste, carefully maintained and perfectly equipped. It must be said that we feel the presence of a nice family there and this is confirmed in the discussions we had. It was indeed really pleasant to communicate with Julien and Ashley, whether it was the organization beforehand or communication during the stay. They were very helpful and gave good advice. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant, close to amenities and public transportation to discover San Francisco. Our only regret will be not having met them.
