Hello World. Thank you for viewing our listing. Lauren and Tino have owned this beautiful home since 2016. We love the San Francisco Bay Area and look forward to sharing our home with like minded, good hearted people from near and far. Please read through the listing info below and don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our listing is for a 2 room + 1 bathroom studio and works nicely as a live/work or office space. We welcome traveling professionals, professors, doctors, nurses, graduate students, therapists, consultants, engineers, artists, healers, body workers and other private practices. Our rental unit features: 2 rooms (w/ built in storage benches + kitchenette) Unfurnished (furnishing is negotiable). 1 entry way waiting area/small living room (w/ storage closet) 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, storage)(brand new everything!). Our rental unit is ground level with a single stair, private entry. It is a completely new remodel with new locks/deadbolt, light colored walls, natural wood accents and bamboo floors. It features wonderful natural light. All new external and internal doors, windows, light fixtures and electrical outlets. It's cozy inside with a spacious, modern ambience when living/working on the inside. The 2 room + 1 bathroom studio layout makes for a very comfortable live/work space. It can be configured as an office + bed room... or two offices... or two bedrooms. This rental unit is the lower half of a private home which features solar power, central heating, EV charging, shared backyard/ patio/ garden + fruit trees and is located on the Richmond/El Cerrito border. We would happily share the upstairs laundry & kitchen if asked nicely:-)) A big plus is the non-metered/ non-permited street parking of which there is usually plenty. Our home is 3/4 of a mile from Del Norte BART/Bus station (public train system) as well as a nearby Amtrak/Caltrain station at the Richmond BART station. We are also very close to various walking/ running/ bicycle paths, Grocery Outlet, Target, Safeway, Home Depot, Ross, plus other shopping centers, Alvarado + Tilden Regional Parks and hiking trails as well as health food stores, our tasty local coffee shop plus all the new shops and restaurants appearing in the Clinton district.
