Private Cottage - Walk to the University of Oregon

This location is one of the BEST in Eugene, a quiet niche neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and the UofOregon, yet it feels like country. Across the street is an undeveloped park, and a hiking trail into Hendricks Park and beyond is just at the end of our street! The whole place is a sanctuary..birds, nature and quiet. The cottage is on the upper level of the property, private and serene. I have lived on the property for 30 years and I've enjoyed renting out our cottage on Airbnb and Vrbo (I'm a "super host") for the past 10 years. The reviews are always 5 stars. The majority of the guests are either visiting their students at the UofO, going to track meets at Hayward Field or visiting professors. I am available to my guests but allow full privacy. Looking for someone who enjoys what we have to offer.
