The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet 4 plex with owner-occupiers, We just finished renovating the unit and treated it as if it were our own. The unit is very bright facing south-southwest on a calm residential street. It has two closed bedrooms, the bathroom has a tiled shower with a skylight. There are hardwood floors in the bedrooms and the double living and dining room. There is a balcony at the back overlooking the garden. The insulation has been completely redone everywhere, and the windows are new with double glazing. Access to the apartment is by an Interior staircase. The unit is currently unfurnished since we haven't had any tenants yet so we're open to supplying the necessary furnishings. NB The pictures were taken on an overcast winter morning, we promise it gets great light!
