Our home is conveniently located less than 2 miles (30 minute walk, 9 minute bike ride, 5 minute drive) from the University of New Mexico's campus, hospital, and golf course. We are also located two blocks from public transit stops (routes 11 and 5). The house is built in the spirit of traditional pueblo architecture; the patio and garden in the back include native vegetation and fruit trees that provide a beautiful private retreat after a busy day. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and jogging with multiple nearby parks: Del Sol akaTwin Parks, Altura Park, McDuffie Park aka Hidden Park, Bataan Memorial Park, Zia School Park and Alvarado Park). There are multiple grocery store options nearby, including Sprouts (0.5 miles), Smiths (1 mile) and Wholefoods (1.5 miles). The property has 2 bedrooms (a 3rd will be used for storage), 1 full bathroom, an open living space (living room and dining room), fully-equipped kitchen, separate laundry room (with new LG washer and dryer and an additional standup freezer), and attached garage. Please note that our furniture and some belongings (kitchenware, paintings) will be in the house and available for your use, since this is our home.
