Charming apartment

I'm subletting my 2 bedroom apt. in Astoria, Queens from Dec 8th til March 2024 or later A quite charming, clean, spacious 2 bedroom. Fully furnished, hard wood floor, 3 story walk up, has a partial view of Manhattan. ?Quiet neighbors. ?Laundry close by, no pets. (possibly a meek cat :) No smoking ?looking to sublet to someone who is very clean, quiet, responsible, respectful, kind, and communicates clearly and honestly. N/W train to 36 ave stop. Just 3 blocks away from the train. Restaurants and supermarkets begin within a 2 block radius. ?Or if you like to exercise, I sometimes walk on the 59th st bridge into the city ( 45min walk) ?All utilities included. * ) wifi ** second bedroom is still getting prepared. As well as other things are still waiting for upgrade such as the vent hood in the kitchen. And some other furniture will be added for dining etc. please feel free to ask questions and I’m open for video chats and coming in check the space.
